Beginners Yoga
Setting the foundations of yoga - learn about postures, safe alignment, breath work and guided meditation practice for those new to the practice of yoga.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
An energetic class where we have fun exploring dynamic, fluid movement to open and strengthen the body. Focussing on one breath to one movement, expect to build heat as we move through sequences structured around Sun Salutations and Pranayama (breath work) to help you find calm amongst the fire.
Suitable for those with some knowledge of yoga poses.
60 minute class with Cat
Creative Yoga Flow
Focussing on pairing flowing movement sequences to breath in a moving meditation. The fluidity of the style offers an aspect of cardio workout combined with a balancing focus. Concluded with a meditation to encourage mindfulness.

Stretch & Strengthen
Pilates meets Yoga.
Our Stretch & Strengthen classes age built around the age old traditions of yoga posture and breath practices, while also incorporating principles of pilates strength and conditioning. Class concludes with guided relaxation.
Suitable for beginners up to intermediate.
60 min classes with Mell
Parents and Babies Yoga
A class incorporating social time, gentle strength, stretch and relaxation. Movement sequences designed to target areas affected by pregnancy and postpartum changes.
Suitable for beginners. All mums, dads and carers are welcome.
Mums we recommend waiting until you are 6-8 weeks postpartum.

Pilates
An exercise system developed to promote stability, strength and flexibility of the whole body which stems from the “core”. Cultivates awareness of breath and body to support everyday activities.
