“Lifes battlefield will be all peace when the sound of the mind gives way to the silence of the heart”

- Sri Chinmoy

Be guided into the world of meditation to discover for yourself the benefits it can bring to all facets of life.

Our busy modern lifestyles have become increasingly loud, hectic and demanding, and the need for practical ways to help us navigate the stress and overwhelm is becoming more and more apparent.

The practice of meditation teaches us how to move through life with less suffering, more compassion for ourselves and others, moving in a direction more true to our own nature than the person stress has made us.

There are many techniques and tools available to us, and we will each find a path that serves us best.

Come and explore what might work for you with our offerings at Chi Kin Yoga.

Think of all the ways in which stress impacts your life.
How would it feel to have the load lightened, for these things to have less effect on your day to day. This is the way meditation practice can help.

“Meditation and mindfulness allows for an undoing of our controlling behaviour, an undoing of limiting beliefs, an undoing of habitual physical tensing, an undoing of defensive armouring, and ultimately an undoing of our identification with a small and threatened self” - Tara Brach
