What happens here?

  • Which class is best for me?

    We offer classes for all levels of experience. If you are just starting out, one of our beginner classes is a great option. Saturday morning is a gentle class which is mostly on the floor. The other beginners classes include more standing work. General yoga classes are appropriate for all levels, Yin and rest and restore classes are mostly on the floor and don’t involve any strength work.

    Flow classes are best suited to those with some yoga experience.

  • How do I book it?

    Once you’ve made the decision to join a class, click the “book class” button from the website and you will be directed into the booking system. You will be able to make an account, purchase a pass and book your class! For easy access you can save the website to your homescreen.

  • Studio Etiquette

    We supply yoga mats and any equipment you’ll need for class but you’re always welcome to bring your own if you prefer

    Once you’ve arrived at the studio, head on up the stairs and you’ll enter into the waiting area where we leave our shoes, ideally leave phones and valuables at home or in the car, otherwise these too can be placed into a pigeon hole.

    Your teacher will welcome you and show you into the class space and ensure you have everything you need.

    Theres always the option for a cup of tea or a chat.
